We are currently seeking a passionate, personable and hands-on accountant to guide our clients and provide consultative accounting, advisory and analytics services while simultaneously helping clients accomplish their monthly goals. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at different client locations and interacting with different clients, Board of Directors and Finance Committees and other key 3rd party relationships on a regular basis.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the outsourced controller/CFO for multiple clients. Position responsibilities include:

• Month-end close
• Journal Entries
• Audit preparation and interact with auditors
• Bank and account reconciliations
• Spreadsheets and analytics
• Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Board/Management Reports
• Recommend/Implement/Improve standard accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
• CPA certification and/or audit experience preferred
• Passion for working with cutting edge industries
• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
• Ability to manage multiple clients
• Prior staff management experience
• Strong Excel Skills
• Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks
