JOB DESCRIPTION

Our customer is seeking another entry level help desk technicians on a contract to hire engagement.  Will provide support to both residents and corporate business support in a health care environment with Tier 1 desktop support for computer hardware and software

Duration:  6 months to 1 year working for Ovatio Technologies on a w2 basis, then conversion to customer.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Effective communication skills, both written and oral
• recent college graduate, Information Technology Degree (AS or BS)
• A+, or other basic IT certification preferred
• Ability to Troubleshoot network connectivity, end point, and software issues.

Qualifications:

• Ideally recent college graduate with >2 years of experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in computer related field, Comptia A+ certifications preferred.

• Ability to quickly build rapport with clients

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Positive and professional demeanor

• Reliable Personal Transportation REQUIRED
