    Experienced Drivers + New CDL Holders Welcome

    Whether you already have OTR experience or you're looking for your first opportunity after CDL school, this fleet offers a clear path to get on the road and continue building your experience.

    Experienced drivers can run solo at $0.70 CPM , while qualified drivers who want additional earning potential can participate in an optional Driver Mentor program.

    New CDL holders may also qualify for paid OTR training.

    For Experienced Drivers

    Run consistent OTR freight with 100% no-touch loads and reliable year-round mileage.

    Drivers typically return home every 7–10 days.

    Solo Pay: $0.70 CPM

    The position also includes:

    • Weekly direct deposit
    • Modern automatic equipment
    • No-touch freight
    • Consistent OTR miles
    • Home time between runs
    • Year-round freight

    Experienced Enough to Teach?

    The Driver Mentor program gives qualified experienced drivers an opportunity to earn additional compensation while helping newer CDL holders complete their OTR training.

    While actively mentoring, eligible drivers receive:

    $0.70 CPM base pay
    + $0.10 CPM mentor pay
    + Up to $0.10 CPM productivity incentives

    Additional bonus and priority mileage opportunities may also be available.

    A typical mentor assignment lasts approximately 11 days. After completing an assignment, mentors can take available home time or return to solo driving before accepting another student.

    Mentoring is optional.

    Starting Fresh With a New CDL?

    Qualifying recent CDL graduates may enter a paid training program designed to help them build their first months of tractor-trailer experience.

    Training includes company orientation followed by OTR instruction with an experienced mentor.

    Drivers with fewer than three months of qualifying experience earn $0.35 CPM while training and building experience.

    After reaching three months of qualifying experience , drivers may become eligible to transition to the experienced-driver pay scale.

    Hiring Requirements

    • Valid Class A CDL
    • Must live within 90 miles of Nashville, TN
    • Minimum age of 21
    • Solo and Mentor applicants require at least 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience
    • New CDL holders may be considered for available training positions
    • Must meet applicable DOT and company qualification standards
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States
