OVERAGE FUNDING SOLUTIONS LLC specializes in locating and recovering overage or surplus funds remaining after a property foreclosure sale. We audit hundreds of government agencies throughout the entire country to find these funds. We then notify the rightful owners and help them to claim this money, as the claim process can be complicated.

COMPANY MISSION We believe that government agencies should not be able to keep funds that don’t belong to them and make it our core mission to reunite those funds with their rightful owners. We aspire to form a win/win alliance with our clients to assist them in the recovery of their overage funds.

JOB DESCRIPTION: This position involves contacting prospects via phone, text and email to inform them of a refund they are legally entitled to, that our company can help them claim. This is not a sales job in the traditional sense in that you are not trying to sell them something or get money from them. Rather, you are calling to inform them of the good news that they have money coming to them. Not a hard sell!

The pay for this position is 40% commission for every client you sign up. The commissions per client range from $1,500 to $6,000+ on average and our reps sign anywhere from 4 to 8 per month. When you follow our proven system, you will ultimately pave your way to a six-figure income! Top performers can earn from $80,000 to $120,000 plus annually while never leaving their home!

This position is all about building strong rapport with potential clients, establishing trust and credibility and following through. This job requires 25-30 hours per week and offers flexible hours and the ability to help people.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contact new prospects daily by phone, text and email.
• Log daily activities into company database.
• Follow up with prospects through the decision cycle.
• Answer any questions prospect might have about our claim process or paperwork.
• Get Agreement signed and returned.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1-year proven phone sales experience.
• Have an articulate/clear telephone voice and great telephone manner.
• Have a friendly demeanor and ability to quickly build trust and rapport with prospects.
• Have good computer skills and experience, specifically with CRMs and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
• Be proficient with basic online technology such as email and using Google to find things.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Have the ability to consistently follow a simple proven action plan on a daily basis.
• A home computer, internet connection and space where you can work daily.
• Enthusiastic, strong-willed, and persistent personality.
• Highly organized
• Great Work Ethic to apply what is learned in training and create a consistent schedule.
• Demonstrate a positive, energetic attitude.

LIKE TO HAVE’S:

• Some real estate knowledge or experience.
• Some college.

COMPENSATION: Hourly Draw off Commission for first few months while filling your pipeline. Average Monthly Earnings: $5,000 - $10,000+
