About the Role:

We are seeking an Overnight Adolescent Direct Care Worker to join our North Georgia Angel House Inc. team in Canton, GA. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents and contribute to our mission of creating a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk females. The candidate must be able to make decisions autonomously, exercising excellent judgment and maintaining personal boundaries. The position is 11 pm - 9 am. 

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor adolescent residents during overnight hours by making 15-minute checks throughout the shift

Implement and enforce house rules and policies

Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed

Document and report any incidents or behavioral concerns

Assist with daily living activities and chores

Routine cleaning of common areas

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to complete Safety Checks frequently throughout the shift

Two Years of experience working with adolescents in a residential setting

Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

No criminal history

Reliable transportation
