Direct Support Professional – Overnight Awake Staff. Chestnut Hill Area | 11:00 pm–7:00 am

Are you calm, attentive, and dependable overnight? We are seeking Overnight Awake Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, reassuring support for a woman in her 40s with IDD in her Chestnut Hill home.

This role is ideal for someone who is steady, compassionate, and able to provide quiet reassurance during overnight hours.

✨ What You’ll Do

Ensure safety throughout the night

Provide reassurance and gentle support if she wakes

Offer calm redirection when needed

Maintain a safe, comfortable overnight environment

5 - 6 overnight shifts available

🌼 Who We’re Looking For

Calm, patient, and respectful individuals

Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience

Experience supporting adults with IDD

Reliable and attentive overnight

Able to pass state and federal background checks

Someone who does not smoke

💲 Compensation - Starting at $20.00 per hour, based on experience and services provided
