Qualifications:
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
Previous caregiving experience required
Experience working overnight shifts is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while following care plans
Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care
Availability for overnight and/or weekend shifts preferred
Daily Responsibilities:
Provide attentive overnight supervision and care for clients
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Help ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
