    Overnight Caregiver – Coal City, IL (60416)

    Starting Pay (2026 Rates) • $17.00–$18.00/hour starting, based on experience • Overnight Premium: +$1.50/hour • Additional raises at: – 90 days (compliance + good standing) – 1 year (compliance + good standing)

    Flawless Family Home Care is hiring dependable, alert overnight caregivers for a long-term client in Coal City.

    This is a true overnight role requiring continuous awareness, responsibility, and professionalism throughout the shift.

    Shift Details • 8–12 hour overnight shifts • Multiple nights available • Consistent scheduling • Overtime opportunities • Immediate openings

    Key Responsibilities • Overnight safety monitoring • Assist with mobility and bathroom needs as needed • Monitor for fall risk • Provide reassurance and calm presence • Accurate documentation of overnight activities

    Requirements • Must remain awake and alert for the entire shift • Reliable transportation • Clean background check • Ability to work independently • Experience preferred but not required — we train the right people
