Overnight Caregiver (Coal City, IL 60416) Pay: • Base: $16.50/hour • Overnight Premium: +$1.50/hour • Total Overnight Rate: $18.00/hour • $1.00 raise after 90 days (with compliance and good standing) • Additional $1.00 raise at 1 year (with compliance and good standing)

Flawless Family Home Care is seeking dependable caregivers to support a long-term client needing overnight care in Coal City.

Shift Details: • 8–12-hour overnight shifts • Multiple nights available • Overtime opportunities • Immediate openings

Responsibilities: • Overnight safety monitoring • Assist with mobility and bathroom needs • Monitor for fall risk • Provide reassurance and companionship • Document overnight activities

Requirements: • Must remain awake and alert all night • Reliable transportation • Clean background check • Ability to work independently • Experience preferred but not required (if you have a heart, we can train you)
