HomeWell is seeking compassionate, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Caregivers. In this role, you’ll provide quality, non-medical in-home care that supports our clients’ safety, independence, and overall well-being by assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and creating a comfortable, respectful environment where clients feel genuinely valued and cared for.

Schedule: Overnight shift availability between 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM, with flexibility to extend up to an additional hour in case of an emergency. Location: Oakville, MO

Requirements:

Reliable transportation with auto insurance coverage

Valid driver’s license

Atleast 1 year caregiving experience preferred

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00/hour

Incentive based on performance

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Provide medication reminders

Prepare meals based on dietary needs

Support mobility, including lifting and transfers

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in daily activities

Use appropriate behavior management techniques

Offer companionship and emotional support

Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment
