Essential Functions

Perform personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living, including:

Preparing meals and snacks

Accompanying patients on errands or appointments

Light housekeeping

Personal hygiene, dressing, shaving

Ambulation and transfers

Perform patient-specific activities taught by a Right at Home trainer, such as:

Hospice supportive care

Medication reminders

Range of motion exercises

Blood glucose monitoring

Bed-bound patient care

Incontinence care

Use of lifting equipment (gait belts, Hoyer lifts)
