    What You’ll Do

    Assist clients with personal care and evening or overnight routines

    Provide safe mobility support, transfers, and repositioning

    Monitor client well-being and ensure a secure environment throughout the night

    Offer companionship and reassurance during overnight hours

    Support light household needs as required

    What We’re Looking For

    Compassionate, dependable caregivers with a genuine desire to help others

    High school diploma or GED

    Reliable transportation

    California Home Care Aide registration (or willingness to obtain)

    Strong communication skills and a caring attitude

    Ability to work overnight shifts in Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore

    Compensation $20–$22 per hour
