Your Role: Personal Care Assistant

You will provide compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Support mobility and transfers

Prepare meals based on dietary needs

Provide light housekeeping

Monitor client safety and report changes in condition

Document care and communicate with the care team

Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Compassionate, reliable, and professional ✔ Strong communication skills ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team ✔ High school diploma or equivalent ✔ 2+ years caregiving experience (preferred; training available) ✔ Recent NAB clearance (within 6 months) ✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
