We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Cleaner to join our team in Traverse City, MI. As an Overnight Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and safe environment for employees and visitors, contributing to an efficient and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring all surfaces are free from dust and debris.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Empty trash receptacles, ensuring proper disposal and replacement of liners.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces to a spotless finish.
- Perform spot cleaning of carpets and upholstery as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, uncleanliness, or facility damage to the management promptly.
- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring the safe usage and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate shortages to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
