Position Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility in Research Park. This is a full-time overnight position ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and prefer working independently.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain commercial office spaces and facilities

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas

Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas

Empty trash and replace liners

Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)

Follow all safety and cleaning protocols

Qualifications

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)

Ability to work overnight hours consistently

Dependable with strong attendance

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must have reliable transportation
