Overnight Dough Production Team Description:
The Overnight Dough Production Team members are primarily responsible for mixing, balling, and preparing fresh desserts to be sold during our open hours. Actual shift hours will vary slightly, but we are asking all candidates to confirm availability from as early as 10pm until 7am weekdays, with Saturday nights and early morning Mondays also desired. The dough production team is made up of mixers, ballers, and decorators. Complete training will be offered, with everyone learning balling and decorating, and at least a few learning mixing. Hours will also be offered during the days on occasion if desired, but availability during the days is not required for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous bakery/food service experience
At least 18 years old (required to operate some of our kitchen equipment)
Availability at least 3 shifts per week
Completion of Food Handlers certificate within one week of hire
Must have smart phone / tablet for required apps we use for training and communication
Ideal Additional Attributes:
Communicate in basic Spanish and English
Previous commercial dough preparation experience
ServeSafe or equivalent
