Overnight Front Desk Agent (Full-Time, 11 pm–7 am) We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Night Front Desk Agent to join our team. This is a full-time, overnight position with scheduled hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekend availability. If you enjoy a quieter, more independent work environment while still delivering exceptional guest service, this role is an excellent opportunity. While previous hotel experience is not required, prior front desk or customer service experience is highly preferred. About the Role This position functions as a traditional Front Desk Agent, but during the overnight shift. You will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe, smooth, and welcoming experience throughout the night. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required • Greet, assist, and communicate with guests in a friendly and professional manner • Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries • Complete nightly audit tasks and reconcile the day’s financial activity (training provided) • Process payment transactions and prepare reports for management • Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and ensure overnight security procedures • Address guest concerns and manage service requests as needed • Support light administrative and operational tasks during slower overnight periods Qualifications: • Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desired • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required • Customer-service mindset with great communication skills • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently • Comfort with basic computer skills and learning hotel systems • Reliability—someone who thrives in an overnight schedule • Previous front desk experience is highly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
