Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Overnight Front Desk Concierge to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents/guests, ensuring a welcoming, secure, and professional environment overnight.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents/guests with inquiries and requests
Monitor building security, including access control and surveillance
Handle incoming calls and emails professionally
Assist with deliveries, packages, and visitor check-ins
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed
Assist with events and transportation for residents as requested
Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
Requirements:
Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay alert and professional throughout the shift
Basic computer skills for emails, reports, and logging activity
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
