    Job Summary: We are looking for passionate Veterinary Technicians (Critical Care/Emergency/Surgery) to join our team at a thriving private clinic in a state-of-the-art facility. In this role, you will deliver outstanding ICU and emergency care, provide critical care nursing, oversee patient recovery, and support veterinarians during surgeries. Our team is dedicated to advancing animal health, and we are eager to meet professionals committed to delivering top-tier care for pets.

    Shifts:

    Monday–Thursday: 12 AM – 8 AM

    Friday: flexible

    (Overnight shift training will occur during daytime hours before shift assignments.)

    Responsibilities:

    Record vital signs, draw blood samples, and administer medications.

    Assist and monitor patients pre-and post-operatively.

    Deliver ICU care and ensure the well-being of critically ill patients.

    Provide thorough discharge instructions to clients as needed.

    Maintain accurate patient care records.

    Work closely with ICU doctors and nurses to monitor and respond to patient decompensation.

    Advanced ICU-specific skills (to be learned during training):

    CPR

    Urinary catheter placement (male and female)

    Single and double-lumen PICC lines

    Arterial and central line catheter placement and care

    Perfusion analysis, electrolyte, and blood gas analysis

    Nursing care for patients on ventilators, with tracheostomies, chest tubes, feeding tubes, etc.

    Administering nutrition through feeding tubes and calculating CRIs (e.g., analgesics, inotropes, vasopressors).

    Qualifications:

    Minimum 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Emergency/Critical Care Technician preferred.

    Proficient in animal care, handling, and ICU nursing.

    Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

    Exceptional teamwork abilities and commitment to continuous learning.

    Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment.

    A compassionate approach and love for animals.

    Experience in client service.
