Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? Therapeutic Application Practice is seeking compassionate and dedicated Mobile Crisis Counselors to provide timely, on-site behavioral health support to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to crisis calls and provide in-person intervention and stabilization

Conduct risk assessments and develop short-term safety and treatment plans

Collaborate with law enforcement, hospitals, and community agencies

Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation in accordance with state and agency standards

We're looking for candidates who are ready to hit the ground running:

Monday thru Friday Shifts

Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am

Weekend Shifts

Overnight shift 11 pm to 7 am

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field

Experience working with individuals in crisis or behavioral health settings preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional

Must have MCR Training Certificate
