APPLY ONLY IF YOU HAVE SECURITY EXPERIENCE!!! Candidate must be able to walk the property nightly for the entire 7-hour shift to make sure all areas are secure and no trespassers are on the property. Must be reliable and trustworthy. This is a "barter" position requiring employee to live on site, 30 hours of worked hours each week is deducted for the cost of the room, balance of hours are paid hours. This is not a fully paid position Responsibilities: • Walk the entire property throughout the night to make sure no trespassing or any issues with any guests • Responsible for handling guest situations when needed • Check all vacant clean, vacant dirty and out of order rooms • Prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing guest rooms • Remove any unauthorized individuals from the property • Checking to make sure lights, A/C, and TVs are all turned off in vacant and out-of-order rooms • Trash pickup throughout the entire shift • Setting up and breaking down event space • Some maintenance responsibilities as given by Corporate or General Manager Qualifications: • MUST have previous security experience • Able to work the overnight shift • Willing to do other work than security • This is a barter position working specific hours to pay for the room. The remaining hours to be paid • The schedule would be six nights a week 10:00 pm - 5:00 am Compensation: $10 hourly
