    Location: Owosso, MI (3 locations within Owosso) Schedule: Overnight Shifts (10:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. or 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

    About the Role

    Hometown Markets is seeking a reliable Overnight Store Associate to help maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked store during overnight hours. This role supports store operations and customer service while ensuring the location is prepared for daytime business.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist customers during overnight hours

    Operate register and handle transactions accurately

    Restock shelves, coolers, and merchandise

    Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store

    Complete nightly tasks and checklists

    Monitor store safety and operational standards

    Communicate operational issues to management

    Overnight team members work alongside another associate during shifts.

    Qualifications

    Dependable and responsible

    Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

    Strong attention to detail

    Ability to perform effectively during overnight hours

    Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required

    Schedule

    Overnight shifts

    Weekend availability may be required
