Job Description We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual with insurance experience to service our existing personal lines clients. This individual will be responsible for reviewing existing customer accounts, assisting with policy changes and endorsements, and assist with billing questions, taking payments, underwriting memos, etc.

Responsibilities

Establish and develop strong client relationships to maintain agency retention and client loyalty

Answer customer calls and correspondence regarding existing insurance policies

Receive and process payments as well as needed policy changes

Data entry of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken in the agency management system

Qualifications

Hold a North Carolina Property and Casualty Insurance license

Personal lines insurance experience

Demonstrate knowledge of insurance products, rating and underwriting procedures, and coverages

Demonstrate strong customer focus and an excellent phone manner; display strong written and verbal communication skills

Technology and Computer proficiency including agency management systems.
