As a Sales manager / Team Leader at Aqua Seal Storm Repair, you are a huge asset to not only the company but more importantly your team. Motivate your team to become one of the top sellers by holding your team accountable and leading by example. You spend time with customers to determine their property improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. We are currently looking for a commercial & residential outside sales representative to join our team.

Qualifications

Must have sales experience.

Current driver's license and a good driving record

Pass a criminal background check

Ability to lift and climb a ladder

Must be self-motivated

Ability to meet and exceed goals

Works successfully without requiring close supervision

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a team.

Encourage and enforce your team to conduct door to door sales.

Teach your team how to conduct D2D or B2B sales and explain the process of all options in detail.

Teach your team how to mark all areas of concern, snap clear photos and upload them to company database, as well as document all necessary repairs/replacement needs.

Build and maintain a relationship with all clients.

Follow a mandatory weekly sale requirement.
