Truck Requirements

• Truck must be 15 years old or newer ( as long as it meets wheelbase requirements and has a 9 prong ELD plug, can still bring it on, regardless of age )
• Truck must pass Safety Inspection
• Truck weighs less than 20,000 pounds fueled and occupied.
• Wheelbase not to exceed 260 inches.

Operations

• Average Length of Haul is 600 miles.
• Approximately 80% of freight is drop and hook, 98% no touch.
• Primary operating area is East of I-35 from TX to MN for solo drivers
• Team freight runs everywhere
• We haul dry van freight.

Insurance/Plates/Registration/ETC:

• Bobtail/Non-Trucking -$1 million minimum available at $5.77/week or provide your own
• Physical Damage available cost is based on value of equipment or provide your own
• Occupational Accident available at $25.85/week or provide your own showing USA Truck as the Certificate Holder
• Workers Comp states if you live one of the following states, they do not recognize OCC/ACC. The following states require a worker's comp policy. If you are a fleet owner and any of your drivers live in one of these states, you will need to carry workers comp on all drivers. CA, DC, IL, NH, NV, NJ, NC cost is approximately $100 +/- per week
• Base Plates paid by us
• Cargo & Liability is provided
• No trailer fees- at all!
• GeoTab Cost $22.60/week equipment included.
• Fuel Tax paid quarterly by us and charged back to the Independent Contractor (this is your IFTA, charged back at no more than $125 per quarter )
• Mandatory Security Escrow Account required at $2,500 per unit. We will deduct $100.00/week from settlement until $2,500 is attained.
