    Floor Coverings International is the #1 rated retail flooring company in Albuquerque (5.0 stars on Google). We started this franchise almost 3 years ago and we have put in the work to earn our reputation, so we are really starting to kick a**. We are looking for someone to work closely with our owner to learn our existing office systems & marketing programs, and then to take those areas of the business to the next level.

    The ideal person for this job has flooring/home services experience, strong organizational and digital skills, and learns quickly and constantly.

    Your starting duties

    Customer service & scheduling

    Running/improving office systems

    Marketing programs (all the way from lead gen to branding)

    Coordinating with our teams of flooring installers and our sales and production teammates

    Vendor management

    Bookkeeping

    Collecting Receivables / Paying Payables

    Sales support (product research, etc.)

    Other administrative and support duties as needed

    Required qualifications

    Customer service experience

    Strong organizational skills

    Strong desire to improve yourself and your quality of life

    Comfort and experience in taking initiative

    Pride in what you do

    Optimistic

    Highly desirable qualities

    Flooring industry experience (or at least home services experience)

    Office Manager experience

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)

    Bookkeeping experience / familiarity with QuickBooks

    Home design interest/experience

    Familiarity with Salesforce
