THE ROLE: You will be responsible for aiding our customers to realize their vision using our software tools. Translating & documenting insurance product requirements, rating algorithms and underwriting rules to configuration analyst and software engineers. * Decompose high-level concepts and information into detailed, workable deliverables * Develop user test plans and support their execution to ensure that requirements and quality objectives are satisfied for product owners * Provide clarification concerning business requirements throughout project execution * Act as liaison between Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Marketing and IT teams as appropriate * Gather market research and insights to prepare business cases which gather interest and support investment for change YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications * 1+ years of experience building of solutions to solve complex problems across medium to large scale back-end infrastructures including cloud * 1+ years of experience with Insurance systems, ERP systems or complex logistics platforms.
