Job Description
This position is a union position based out of our Boston office. While employees will have flexibility to work from home or in the office, we are limited to applicants who will reside in MA, CT, ME, NH, NY, RI and VT.
PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Project Manager is responsible for managing department-level and cross-functional projects to ensure effective delivery within established budgets and timeline, negotiating with stakeholders and making key decisions affecting scope and resources, and will support the team in building and maintaining effective project management practices. This role will focus on externally facing multichannel communications and engagement products for major and midlevel donors, as well as initiatives that support the Individual Giving team (IGET) to develop effective operations in support of its donor pipeline building, engagement, and retention goals.

Boston Union Grade F Salary Range - $58,600 - $84,970 - commensurate with experience
