Title: Managing Editor, Thought Leadership

Reports to: Managing Director or Editorial Director, Thought Leadership JOB SUMMARY Managing all aspects of global research programs that engage a targeted executive audience with compelling findings, well-written publications, and innovative digital media; the right candidate will have strong business writing and editorial skills, a deep understanding of global management practices and corporate strategy, and a passion for crafting new ideas and concepts. Project and client management skills are prerequisites, as is basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative research methods; an entrepreneurial mindset and team-building skills will help. Expertise in corporate finance and/or enterprise risk management preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Idea generation and intellectual leadership

__Oversee the execution of global research programs, drawing on economists and business development people when necessary
Be the principal point of contact with clients and other key stakeholders during the course of projects
Find and commission top-notch writers with relevant industry or management practice knowledge
Edit, write or re-write material where original copy is sub-standard or incomplete
