Responsibilities: • Prospecting Activities utilizing a variety of methods via phone, email, direct mail, and more. • Tour properties and conduct meetings with clients and prospects • Develop and maintain your own book of business and client relationships • Interface closely with architects, contractors, lawyers, building owners, leasing agents, appraisers, and other professionals involved in the commercial real estate business. • Financial Analysis and Underwriting • Negotiate Commercial Leases and Sales Contracts • Research and Learn about the Houston Commercial Real Estate Market Qualifications: • Successful candidates exhibit several key qualities including: self-motivated, independent, comfortable with autonomy, strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to self-reflect and adjust/pivot/adapt • Able and Willing to procure new business through Prospecting • Experience in Sales or Real Estate preferred • Four-year college degree required • Texas Real Estate License will ultimately be required • Commitment to a career vs. "a job" Compensation: $100,000 yearly
