Job Description

Remote in the U.S. (Headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA). Looking for 2 to 3+ years of technical business analyst experience. Oxford Solutions currently has a remote work opportunity with our client for a Technical Business Analyst. (EST zone highly preferred).  

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field of study preferred
• 2 to 3+ years of technical business analyst experience
• Knowledge of SDLC
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Understanding of workflow / JIRA / API's and scheduling
• Proficiency required in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong customer service mindset
