In this role, you’ll use your product knowledge as a service advisor and draft cost estimates, evaluate warranty protections, and coordinate necessary repairs. Responsibilities: • Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs • Organize all automotive documents, repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records • Schedule appointments for service technicians • Work with the dealership auto service porter to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pick-up • Draft and review service contract coverage, warranty protections, cost estimates, work orders, and other documents for necessary repairs by service technicians Qualifications: • Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs • Previous experience working as a service technician or in a service department a plus • Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • A high school diploma or GED is required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: 60000 - 100000 yearly
