Responsibilities: • Strive toward monthly finance and insurance manager goals, including those for revenue, service contracts, and automotive sales • Determine customers’ need for auto finance and payment plans to provide a range of options that meet their needs • Keep adequate stock of bank, state, and auto dealership forms on hand at all times • Work with the sales manager during each vehicle purchase and offer aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs to car buyers • Follow all regulations related to working with lending institutions, setting interest rates, and finalizing auto finance plans • Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance manager Qualifications: • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred • Completed or in-process AFIP Certification is highly advantageous • Two or more years of experience working as a dealership finance or sales manager are required • Excellent customer service skills and devotion to a positive sales experience is a must • Valid state-issued driver's license and satisfactory driving record mandatory Compensation: $80,000 - $140,000 yearly
