P&B Intermodal Services is seeking an experienced billing and administrative support specialist to work at a facility and provide excellent customer service as well as administrative and billing functions to invoice customer accounts. We are a growing national service provider looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team. We service some of largest fleets of trailers and chassis in the country, a growing industry which supports online retail and shipping needs. Essential Job Functions May Include: Organize work orders to produce daily reports. Daily payroll verification and entry. Working in different multiple software platforms. Scanning work orders to different customers. Tracking field works orders for filing and billing. Converting work orders into invoices. Creating customer invoices based on pricing matrixes for time and materials. Managing daily email volumes to follow-up on customer questions and billing issues. Submitting invoices in the customer's systems, to include emailing and uploading .pdfs. Be the primary POC between customers and billing related questions. Track all billing submissions, rejections, and resubmit invoices for payment. Track PO's and remittance data. Communicates effectively with customers, supervisors and technicians. Education, Skills & Experience: The ideal candidate for this opportunity must be very outgoing team player who is able to communicate well, multitask, is computer savvy, has invoicing experience and can work well with minimal supervision: 5+ years of related experience, preferably within spreadsheets, billing/invoicing, accounting or AR related field. Self-starter who can manage their time, workloads, and priorities to meet our goals. Must be able to work well with minimal supervision, problem solve, team player and be action oriented. Strong computer skills to include Microsoft 365. Experience in Depot Systems, IMRS, or similar billing systems a plus. Outgoing personality, willing and wanting to improve current processes. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Job Type: Full-time.
