    As an Assistant Service Manager, you will receive...

    $60,000 - $65000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $75,000 - $110,000/yr

    Base pay will be determined upon interview and work experience

    Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

    Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, and every third Saturday 9am-12pm

    Responsibilities

    Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

    Train and manage team of sales and service staff

    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    Quality and Compliance control/double check

    Requirements

    · Able to commute to Alameda, CA

    · Current California Property and Casualty License – Required

    · 2+ years of active insurance service experience – preferred

    · 2+ years of insurance team management - preferred

    · Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

    · Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

    · People-oriented

    · Detail oriented

    · Proactive in problem solving

    · Able to learn computer functions

    · Ability to work in a team environment
