OUR MANAGEMENT ROLES:

$55,000 - $65,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $65,000 - $95,000/yr

Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position needs

Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

OUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:

$36,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $72,000 - $120,000/yr

Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position needs

Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:

$42,000 - $52,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $45,000 - $62,000/yr

Base pay will be determined upon interview, work experience, and position needs

Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required

Responsibilities

· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customer, as needed.

· Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.

Requirements

· Able to commute daily to South St. Paul, MN

· Current Minnesota Property and Casualty License – Required

· 2+ years of active insurance sales experience – Preferred

· Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply

· Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

· Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

· People-oriented

· Detail-oriented

· Proactive in problem solving

· Excellent computer skills

· Ability to work in a team environment
