What You’ll Do

This is a sales-focused role where you’ll learn how to generate business, build relationships, and close deals:

Build relationships with referral partners (realtors, lenders, and local professionals)

Learn how to generate new business through networking and outreach

Work opportunities within an existing book of business

Quote and sell personal lines insurance (home, auto, umbrella)

Provide a consultative experience by helping clients understand coverage options

Develop and track your own pipeline while working toward sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in sales

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships

Coachable and eager to follow a proven process

Licensing Requirement

Must be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) license

Full licensing support provided, including guidance and resources
