Responsibilities:

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong long term relationships with clients through effective communication and active listening.

Develop a deep understanding of clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.

Sales and Consultation:

Engage in consultative selling to educate clients on insurance products and guide them in making informed decisions.

Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and effectively presenting insurance options.

Develop long term relationships with clients allowing you to expand future relationships within a book of business that you manage.

Client Support:

Serve as a dedicated point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Provide ongoing support to clients, including policy reviews and updates.

Training and Development:

Participate in a month long comprehensive training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuous learning opportunities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with insurance agency partners to align strategies and achieve mutual goals.

Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to enhance your skills and contribute to the success of the overall organization.

Qualifications:

State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure is a plus.

Must be willing to obtain a State Property & Casualty Insurance Licensure if not currently in possession of one.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Strong work ethic and self-motivation.

Comfortability with relational sales and building client relationships.

Must be able to pass a financial services background check

Benefits:

Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential

Guaranteed Base Salary of at least $41,000. First year earnings with commission projected to range between $55,000-70,000
