Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Office Manager to provide administrative support to the CEO of our fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and organizational skills who can work independently and demonstrate a high level of initiative. The Executive Assistant will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for managing their daily administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Maintain calendar of appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence for the CEO
Interviewing and training new office employees
Maintain office equipment and supplies in good working order
Pay and record invoices
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments for the CEO
Monitor and filter emails and voicemails for the CEO
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and service providers
Accurately maintain general office budget
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
