MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Act as a Key Account Manager to handle all aspects of the customer experience.

· Work closely with our Inside and Outside Sales Teams to assure smooth communication and coordination.

· Excellent Computer skills a must including knowledge of ERP, WMS and Customer Contact systems.

· SPECIFICATIONS:

· Energetic self-starter able to work in fast-paced, self-directed environment.

· Experience with technical product sales and support a plus.

· Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.

· Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experienced in an ERP environment.

· Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
