Responsibilities: • Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims • Ensure all contracting paperwork is up to date while maintaining databases, records, and bookkeeping • Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies • Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experience • Expand our prospective customer base and market our insurance products via including networking, referrals, cold calling, and various marketing strategies to bring in new business Qualifications: • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products • Active Life & Health insurance license is a strong bonus • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus • Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required • 18 years or older • Willing to be coachable Compensation: $86,000 - $132,000
