We are looking for a Social Media coordinator to manage the organization's online presence across various social media platforms. This role involves creating, curating, and scheduling content, as well as engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility and loyalty.

• Coordinate with BD Leadership on active campaigns and goals
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos).
• Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and feedback.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR) to ensure brand consistency.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
• Represent company at local business networking events

Required Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
