Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with BD Leadership on active campaigns and goals
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create and schedule engaging content (posts, images, videos).
- Monitor social media channels for audience engagement and feedback.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, PR) to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
- Represent company at local business networking events
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
