Captain Kicks Soccer and Young Ninjas USA deliver dynamic enrichment programs to preschools, elementary schools, and parks throughout Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Each season, we partner with schools and community organizations to provide high-quality, engaging programs that families love and administrators trust.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Partnership Development Coordinator to help expand our school and community partnerships.
This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and onboarding new partnership opportunities to support company growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, personable, and comfortable building relationships through consistent outreach and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to preschools, elementary schools, and parks to secure new partnerships and program bookings
Upsell existing partners on additional programs and services
Develop summer camp partnerships in collaboration with Parks & Recreation departments
Conduct demo sessions and presentations for prospective partners as needed
Utilize company CRM/software systems to manage outreach, leads, and follow-up activity
Support additional partnership and business growth initiatives as needed
Weekly Expectations
Contact a minimum of 10 potential partners per week via phone outreach
Maintain consistent follow-up communication with active leads
Keep accurate and up-to-date records within the company CRM/software system
Seasonal Goals
Secure at least 5 new partner programs per season (Fall, Winter, and Spring)
Conduct partner meetings, demos, and site visits as needed
Support growth of existing partner accounts through additional program sales

Ideal Candidate
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with phone outreach and follow-up communication
Organized and self-motivated
Experience in sales, partnerships, education, recreation, or youth programs is a plus
Passionate about helping grow impactful youth enrichment programs
