    Job Overview The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for running and maintaining the facilities program platform across all locations with other coordinators by troubleshooting and dispatching calls. They will provide support to all sites and/or Assistant Facility Management with operational activities in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight and asset management.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    Troubleshoot facilities issues with locations in need.

    Assist locations with work orders and dispatch vendors as needed.

    Assist vendors with facilities program issues and ensure alignment for each vendor.

    Close out work orders and work with locations to create reviews for each vendor.

    Creating and updating inventory within the service platform.

    Creating and maintaining PM schedules

    Maintain assets records within our service platform

    Other Duties may be Assigned

    Repair work on small equipment in field and home office

    Shop repair support

    Transporting equipment

    Qualifications/Experience

    Traits: self-motivated, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, good oral/written communication skills, thoughtful, authentic

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

    Must work well under pressure in a demanding environment

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Manages time efficiently with demonstrated ability to multi-task

    Must be able to lift 100 lbs

    Position Requirements

    4 years in facilities management or facility maintenance, preferred.

    Technical training, college, or equivalent work experience required.

    Must have reliable transportation for frequent travel in and around markets (mileage paid by company)

    Must be open to an on-call schedule and available nights and weekends.
