    P. Terry's is looking for an an Marketing Director who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment. This individual will lead our Marketing Department, amplifying the success of our burger stand business across 32 locations, as well as all new locations. They will Serve as a vital member of the Leadership Team, contributing to overall business strategy and direction. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in digital marketing and social media, combined with a proven track record in sales, brand management, and creative direction. They will thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategic Planning:

    Head the marketing department, aligning marketing strategies with business goals and sales targets.

    Develop a comprehensive 12-month marketing calendar focused on sales growth and successful new store launches.

    Digital Marketing and E-commerce Expertise:

    Own digital sales channels, including online ordering systems (EZ Cater, Brink POS), and third-party platforms.

    Lead digital marketing efforts, focusing on SEO, Google Analytics, and enhancing online ordering experiences.

    Implement innovative digital and e-commerce strategies to boost web presence and sales.

    Social Media and Community Engagement:

    Establish a strong brand presence on various social media platforms, engaging with a broad community audience.

    Develop and execute compelling social media campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand loyalty.

    Leverage social media analytics to refine strategies and increase the effectiveness of online campaigns.

    Promotion and Campaign Management:

    Craft and manage marketing campaigns that drive customer traffic and boost sales growth.

    Analyze campaign performance, utilizing data to shape future marketing initiatives.

    Coordinate with PR and marketing agencies to produce cohesive, impactful campaigns.

    Brand and Creative Direction:

    Guide the brand’s creative direction, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.

    Manage new menu rollouts and promotional material development.

    Collaborate with various teams for seamless campaign execution.

    Budget and Team Management:

    Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.

    Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and agency partners.

    Ensure timely delivery and high quality of marketing projects and initiatives.

    Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

    5+ years in marketing management role

    Proven success in a senior marketing role, ideally within the restaurant or fast-food sector

    Knowledge and Skills

    Strong expertise in digital marketing and social media strategy.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.

    Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills, with strong attention to detail.

    Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.

    Current with online marketing techniques and best practices.

    Robust copywriting skills.

    Professional work ethic.

    Proven ability to manage budgets.

    Customer-oriented approach.

    Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content management systems.

    Superior knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed.

    Approximately 30% travel to be expected.
