    Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    Perform a wide variety of process and implementation engineering tasks for government clients in the aviation industry.

    Collaborate with various stakeholders to install and test the network, hardware, and software components of air traffic and aviation systems.

    Provide functional analysis of system requirements, development, production, test and evaluation of related information system.

    In addition to implementation responsibilities, be a part of all phases of the systems engineering life cycle including requirements development, design, and test.

    Demonstrate competency in development of quality deliverables.

    Contribute effectively to working groups as an indispensable team member through oral and written communication and develop cooperative working relationships.

    Contribute to a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment.

    Participate in knowledge sharing opportunities and seek to enhance skills through training and job experience.

    Support the Implementation Lead.

    Includes but not limited to system engineering activities oversight, demonstrated expertise with new and legacy FAA systems.

    Provide technical alternative analysis and risk mitigation.

    Familiarization with the AMS lifecycle process.

    Provide acquisition management of information systems and information management tools.

    Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    Bachelor’s of Science degree preferably in mechanical, electrical, or systems engineering.

    0-5 year's related experience

    Process engineer or implementation experience

    High level of proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office products.

    Strong verbal and written communication and technical skills.

    Ability to take on leadership or advisory roles to help the program achieve deadlines and goals

    Ability to work in a team environment and work with other implementation and systems engineers to bring the system to life

    Desire to have a technical background in air traffic and aviation systems

    Work Requirements

    US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.

    Applicant selected for employment will be subject to a government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a government clearance.

    Experience as a remote worker demonstrating time management and self-discipline with cultural change management.

    Ability to travel a minimum of 15%.
