PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN 

We are looking for PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN who dare to unbreak the system, restore purpose and meaning, and guide care and health back into healthcare.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Training in Geriatrics welcome but not required
• Have 2-4 years of experience in outpatient practice preferred, however new graduates are encouraged to apply
• State of Nevada licensed physician or eligible to obtain NV license
• Current DEA license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Must meet credentialing criteria
