NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

We are looking for Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant who dare to unbreak the system, restore purpose and meaning, and guide care and health back into healthcare.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Current unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
• Training in Geriatrics welcome but not required
• Have 2-4 years of experience in outpatient practice preferred
• Current DEA license
• Board Eligible or Board Certified (BE/BC) in Family Practice or Internal Medicine
• Must meet credentialing criteria
