P3 Recruiting is in search of an office professional for one of their construction specialty contractors. The title of the role is Process Coordinator / Administrator. The individual in this role will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for the Contract Service (Residential and Commercial) team. This includes and is not limited to:
- Answer phone and email inquiries for new contract service work
- Ensure on-going communication with customers and vendors
- Prepare and send proposals/bids with information provided by estimators/project managers
- Schedule/Coordinate estimator appointments
- Track and enter job information into software systems (NetSuite is their ERP and accounting system)
- Establish P.O.s for all purchases and track by job
- Coordinate equipment needs for jobs
- Coordinate labor needs with Senior Department Director
- Order materials
- Secure all necessary permits
- Process all documents and information related to jobs:
- Secure approval of all expenses by project managers
- Close jobs in ERP and accounting systems
- Create and send invoices
The ideal individual will have a few years working within construction.
