WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Take on challenging industrialization projects with focus on the following: Supplier relocation, start-up management and production optimization for our customers until handover to the affected OEM plants.
• Responsible for strategic and operative project work for our international customers.
• Perform root cause analyses and identify deficits regarding products and manufacturing processes.
• Optimize the value chain and logistics of our customers, and actively support their transformation and implementation.
• Handle critical supply situation and take over the project management in the interface between OEM and supplier.
• Communicate, present, and interface directly with clients.
• Build internal competencies, intellectual property & networks.
• Grow with us in various industries and help build business by following your desired career path and passion.
• Support our great team by taking on internal work and coaching others.

WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed your studies.
• You already have experience in the automotive industry and bring a high level of competence in the areas of quality/production/logistics.
• Self-motivated and driven with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, well spoken with powerful presentation skills.
• You are detail oriented, structured and have common sense.
• You can work on your own with minimal guidance, while putting your team's interests before your own.
• You think ‘out of the box' to create solutions when none exist.
• Analytical and highly competent in Excel, Minitab, and (ideally) Power Bi.
• With an agile mindset you are not afraid of diving into uncharted waters.
• Strong conflict resolution skills help you manage, mitigate, and resolve conflicts.
• Your English skills are solid, German is a plus.
• You are willing to travel.
• You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
