    ****Step into a high-impact role where you'll lead quality improvement initiatives and manage critical challenges to keep production and performance on track.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Act as a trusted partner to suppliers, identifying improvement areas and driving Quality Improvement initiatives.
    • Take ownership in Crisis Management situations, implementing rapid solutions to restore quality and delivery performance.
    • Lead efforts during design and development phases to prevent defects, minimize risks, and ensure robust quality standards.
    • Provide expert guidance to enhance processes and stabilize production and manufacturing operations.
    • Drive continuous improvement programs focused on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability metrics.
    • Assess supplier capabilities, quality systems, and compliance standards.
    • Conduct process and system audits in line with IATF, VDA, and ISO requirements.
    • Communicate and collaborate directly with clients, presenting solutions and progress updates confidently.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • You have a bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering or a comparable field.
    • You bring 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry; EV-sector experience is a plus.
    • You are passionate about Quality Improvement and skilled in implementing robust processes to prevent defects and enhance performance.
    • You thrive in Crisis Management situations, staying calm under pressure and delivering rapid, effective solutions to stabilize production and restore delivery commitments.
    • You have strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to conduct root cause analysis.
    • Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), testing methodologies, and compliance standards (IATF, VDA, ISO).
    • Self-motivated and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset—able to lead initiatives and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with powerful presentation abilities for client-facing interactions.
    • Creative thinker who develops solutions when none seem obvious.
    • Analytical and highly competent in Excel, Minitab, and ideally Power BI.
    • Fluent in English; German and Spanish are a plus.
    • You are comfortable with extensive travel (up to 100% of your working time), typically Monday through Friday, depending on client and project needs.)
    • You are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
